Memorial Day (Crispy Thighs Weekend): 5.26.09:
Each trip to SF only gets more extreme and thus, all the more memorable. This was the perfect end to my busy season. All the drinking, eating, dancing, photo-taking, BK crown wearing … I know I wouldn’t be able to do this with anyone else other than my friends from high school. You guys – Elaine, Allen, Ken, Amy, Dan, Linda Kwong, Caroline – rock. I have the best group of friends. : ) Thank you for putting up with my craziness.

After hours of relentlessly practicing Uncle Sam and Uncle Chin’s clubbing moves, we finally got to showcase our amazing dance skills at the wedding. Ha! Weekend celebrations began w Elaine @ Alembic for the big 23 and ended w a family reunion for my older brother’s UCSF graduation. Nothing excessive, but it was enough to keep me . I cannot help but love the city, the friends, the memories. Let the good times roll.

Spring vacation to Japan with my mom. A beautiful and green trip, but painful experience to be with my mother 24/7 for 11 days. Regardless, the country’s scenery is amazing. And the butt-cleansing toilets? What an invention!

The most incredible and rewarding experience one can ever have: studying abroad. I left to study at WorldLink Education – Beijing for 2.5 months the summer before my junior year of college. An unforgettable summer because of unforgettable friends – David, Lydia, Lena, Lexii, Lendan, Brendan, Justin, Kyle, Robin, Cindy, and Maria.
